Primary Care Town Hall – Nov. 30, 2022
Join the Southlake Community OHT for the Primary Care Town Hall.
The Southlake Community Ontario Health Team is excited to be hosting a Primary Care Town Hall on November 30 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The event will bring together the primary care community to learn and network, give an update on key Ontario Health Team initiatives, and a keynote on a specialist topic selected by primary care providers.
